By signing the above you agree that the following terms apply to all Orders placed with All Cartons Direct Pty Ltd  ABN 79 684 821 501 . 

• Acceptance — An Order is accepted when All Cartons Direct issues an invoice, delivery confirmation, or written acceptance. Placing an Order or accepting delivery constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
• Payment — Standard terms 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices exclude GST.
• Overdue — Overdue amounts incur interest at 2% per month (or the maximum permitted by law) calculated daily from the due date until paid. Buyer pays collection and legal costs.
• Credit — Credit is at All Cartons Direct’s discretion. We may require a deposit, personal guarantee, or security. We may suspend supply if creditworthiness changes or payments are overdue.
• Delivery Risk and Title — Risk passes on delivery to the Buyer’s nominated address or carrier. Title remains with All Cartons Direct until all amounts owing are paid in full. Buyer must store Goods separately and hold as bailee.
• Inspection and Claims — Inspect Goods on delivery and notify All Cartons Direct in writing of any shortage, damage or non‑conformity within 48 hours. Failure to notify within 48 hours = deemed acceptance.
• Returns and Warranty — Returns only with prior written approval; restocking fees may apply. Warranty limited to repair, replacement or credit for proven defects within 30 days unless manufacturer warranty states otherwise. Statutory consumer rights apply.
• Liability — All Cartons Direct’s liability is limited to the invoice value of the Goods giving rise to the claim to the extent permitted by law. Indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
• PPSA Security — Buyer grants a security interest in the Goods and proceeds until payment in full. Buyer must assist with PPSR registration if requested.
• Force Majeure — We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
• Governing Law — Western Australia.
